1 – All new pupils and learner drivers must present both parts of their provisional driving licence on their first lesson plus both parts of the licence must be taken to the theory test and practical driving test

2 – A trial course is provided for those with very little, or no previous driving experience

3 – When planning and booking an intensive course we recommend you make use of one our assessment / trial lessons to establish best training practices and methods and to fully establish times, dates and duration in hours for the course to be suitable for you

4 – All payments must be made prior to an intensive driving course commencing

5 – At the time of booking to reserve the instructor and diary space a £50 deposit is taken – this deposit is deducted from the course total

6 – A block payment of lessons, eg, 10 hours, receive a discount – the payment must be made at start of the block of lessons to qualify for the discount and are valid for 2 months from purchase date.

7 – Once a deposit is made for an intensive course we will ensure a car and instructor will be totally available to cover the hours you book plus the driving test period

8 – If you choose to cancel the course the deposit is non returnable

9 – Payments are made by either Paypal or bank to bank transfer. Cash payment directly to the instructor is not allowed.

11- All lesson times are pre-booked and must be attended to on time and fit to drive

12- We would only change or cancel an appointment time for an extreme or urgent reason such as break down, illness, accident or a driving test – if we do need to change a time we will always make up for it and you will not lose your fee if prepaid – we will simply try and get your lessons that are missed booked back in as soon as possible to make up for the missed lesson

13- If the pupil cancels within a 48 hour period the pre-booked time is forfeited and the fee must be paid and any additional time booked must be paid for

15 – Any prepaid lessons or courses are not transferable to any other party and are valid for 2 months from date of first booking. After this period the lessons are non refundable.

16- The duration of the driving test is charged as a one (1) hour lesson fee for both driving lessons and intensive driving courses – this is in effect for the ‘hire’ of the car for the driving test

17- As we have to book the car and instructor for the times and duration of the course we have to protect the income and livelihood of the instructor as well as provide for your course, so, if you unfortunately miss any dates or times that are booked / paid for these are non refundable and must be taken as your own loss.

18-If you have a course spread over a longer period of time (in sessions of 3 hours or less) with the instructor and some of the course can be rescheduled then we will endeavor to reschedule to the best of our ability however all fees paid for hours and training will be lost unless 48 hours notice provided.

20- Any refunds we provide can only be considered with a genuine reason and any fees from 48 hours will be lost, and if we provide a refund an administration fee of £50 will be deducted as well as whatever is lost within the 48 period of your notice given

21- All instructors, as protected by DVSA reserve the right to terminate a driving lesson or refuse a driving test is the driver (you) is unfit to drive through drink or drugs, is abusive or is deemed as not safe on the road. No fees will be refunded

23- All instructors ensure that their vehicle is safe and roadworthy and fully insured for all lessons, courses and the driving test itself; plus all vehicles are fitted with dual controls and at least on rear facing interior mirror again for safety

24- Our Last minute test cover is tailored to customers with their test less than two weeks away and consists of a minimum of 6 hours. As a minimum You will need to pay for 6 hours of tuition before any lessons can be booked. If you change mind and wish to cancel Your Short Notice Test package lessons, a minimum of 48 hours’ cancellation notice is required prior to the initial 2 hour assessment lesson, for a refund. During the initial 2 hour assessment lesson you will be evaluated by Your instructor. If after the 2 hour assessment lesson the instructor tells You that You are not ready for the test, the instructor is under no obligation to take You to the test. Your instructor will advise you of the next steps needed to become test ready.

25- The instructor will accept no responsibility for accidents, injury or damage to any third party caused by the pupils recklessness or negligence during a lesson.

26- In the event of mechanical breakdown or other difficulty outside the control of the instructor, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange lessons at short notice.


Terms and Conditions for Franchisee
1- When you take the partnership franchise the fee is non refundable
2- You will still have to pay £20 towards pupil fee which is supplied to you.
3- Partnership is only available to limited ADI’s
4- Extra Training to improve your skills will be provided as and when necessary and available
5- If you decide to leave us please give us 4 weeks notice to accommodate other potential instructor.
6- Maintenance of your tuition vehicle will be your own responsibility, unless supplied by us or supplied by our agent.
